The Next Chapter at Jumeirah Golf Estates is a mixed-use district in Me'aisem First. It is currently at the planning stage with construction yet to start.
Village District
The Village District contains higher-density housing with townhouse rows on the south side and over 50 mid-rise apartment blocks on the north side. It covers approximately 4.9 million square feet and has a gross floor area of approximately 6.3 million square feet.
The village contains 2,976 units in total and has its own park, community centre and sports facilities.
Central Park
The Central Park District covers an area of approximately 4.1 million square feet and consists of a large community park encircled by an assortment of residential apartment buildings. The south edge of the park is lined with low-rise buildings and the north corner contains high-rise towers.
The central park has an area of roughly 1.3 million square feet and has a gross floor area of approximately 9.3 million square feet. There will be 5,088 units in total.
Golf Course District
The golf community covers almost read more 24 million square feed and is separated into two halves, north and south, which lie either side of Dubai's (as yet unbuilt) logistics corridor.
The golf course will be the third course at Jumeirah Golf Estates and will be surrounded by 940 luxury villas with a gross floor area of approximately 6.3 million square feet.
Town Centre District
The town centre comprises roughly 20 mid-rise residential buildings surrounding a community mall. It occupies a land area of approximately 1.4 square feet, has a gross floor area of approximately 2.4 million square feet, and contains 1,117 units.
Six percent of the units are designated for retail use and four percent area earmarked for hospitality.
Tennis District
A dedicated tennis hub spanning 2.3 million square free with four tennis courts and a tennis stadium, as well as seven mid-rise apartment buildings, all surrounded by open green spaces. It contains 816 units with a gross floor area of roughly 1.9 million square feet.
Equestrian District
The equestrian district is situated on the south and east corners of the community and occupies almost 4 million square feet. The centrepiece of the district is an equestrian centre with stables and an equestrian trail. The residential component comprises medium-density townhouse rows totalling 512 units with gross floor area of around 1.3 million square feet.
